With previous career averages of 4.1 points, 3.9 rebounds and .250 shooting (on 32 attempts) from the 3-point line in her first four seasons, Ebony has blossomed to pre-Olympic Break season averages of 10.3 points, 7.9 rebounds and .455 from the arc (44 attempts in 2008) to emerge as a most deserving candidate for the WNBA's Most Improved Player award. When the WNBA resumed from the Olympic Break, Hoffman ranked fifth in the WNBA in rebounding and second in 3-point field goal percentage.
